Wandering the streets of Lincoln

The past two years I have been fortunate enough to travel a lot, from Chicago to Florida, Toronto, New York and London, and most recently, Lincoln. I may have caught the 'travel bug'.

Travelling can be stressful at times but I've learnt to take it as it comes and enjoy the whole experience. I will never forget the journey from our little village in France all the way to Ontario in Canada for our uni exchange trip! I occasionally experience the 'travel anxiety' the morning of the travels, but once my bag is weighed and I've checked my passport for the millionth time I get excited at the prospect of exploring another corner of the earth.

Next on my list is a few places in Europe. I've been trying to convince my family & friends to go to Italy with me (the Amalfi Coast anyone?) and there are so many other places I want to see in the not too distant future. Even though I've lived in France most of my life I haven't been to most of it's major cities, the south of France and French riviera is really appealing right now!

Here are a collection of pictures taken during our stay in Lincoln! I really enjoyed wandering around this city, it has a lovely atmosphere and some beautiful landmarks and architecture (not to mention the tea rooms). Holly & I poorly planned our outfits for this trip, we both only had a navy trench coat each which is something we try to avoid (both walking in sync wearing the same outfit isn't always a cool look).
