Sheer Embroidered Jacket

I recently visited the Kew Royal Botanical Gardens in London! It was such a wonderful day out with a friend, the gardens were beautiful and the conservatories even more so! We will be writing a few articles on it for sure. The weather was quite chilly so I attempted to dress a little weather appropriately, however I still opted for cropped trousers. I wore a thin long sleeve top under the grey turtle neck, the sheer embroidered jacket offers little/no warmth so I wore my navy trench coat over everything.
The suede bag is the newest addition to my wardrobe, I saw it in store in Oxford Street a few weeks ago and finally bought it. It's the perfect size as not only can I fit my Canon in there but also a water bottle and umbrella! Definitely the most expensive bag I've bought at 70 pounds but it will no doubt last me a long while. The cropped trousers/culottes kept me surprisingly warm too. What are your layering tricks for the winter? Let me know!
