S : The laid back days. Rainy afternoons. Days spent listening to music, writing, editing pictures, eating cookies and drinking tea. Catching up on all the interviews you missed, the new episode of Hannibal. Enjoying all the simple things in life.
Holly & I recently went back to our flat for a day to run some errands. We've been so busy lately trying to figure out everything we need to do before we leave for Canada. It's such a weird thought, in a few months I will be on another continent, studying in my mother tongue for the first time ever! So these past few weeks we've been researching apartments, study permits and visas...It was so nice to escape from all of it even just for a short while and chill. (and take some pictures of course)
H : I have always loved taking portraits. There's something quite fascinating about it : you can experiment with the lighting, different angles, different make-up... We always try to experiment every once in a while by taking some head-shots, not only to see how our faces change as we grow, but to practice and (hopefully) improve our photography skills. I love taking pictures of Summer- we always have a good time, although we often argue, it's always worth it! We took these on a rainy day in our flat, I don't usually like wearing these kinds of shirts, as I have very broad shoulders. I always feel like it highlights it. I guess we all have something we're self-conscious about! It's nice to step out of our comfort zone every once in a while. As much as I workout, I will always have broad & rounded shoulders, it's just one of those things I'll have to learn to accept!
We're planning on spending an entire week-end binge-watching season 3 of Orange Is The New Black and searching for places to visit in Canada! Hope you all have a great week-end! :)
P.S : Summer has the long hair, Holly the short hair!
