Recently Holly & I went back to England for a week to catch up with friends and family, and during our time there we met up with our friend Jake, who took us around London. I loved walking around Brick Lane & Knightsbridge, such beautiful locations, so different from one another yet both located in London. As we mentioned in a previous post, Brick Lane has some amazing street art, and the second time we went there a new piece of artwork had already appeared! Knightsbridge is always so busy, but it's lovely to walk around (and shop, of course!) and then turn into Hyde Park and sit down and relax for a little while! I decided to wear this casual look, mom jeans and docs are always a good combination! Paired with my favourite peccary biker jacket, I was all set for a wonderful day in the city.
We also received some really exciting news, we're going to Canada in September!! We applied to study in Ontario for our 5th semester and recently got our acceptance letters! I still can't believe it, we worked really hard and went through so much to get through! It just proves that to get what you want sometimes you need to work your butt off and go through a lot of crap before you succeed. You may remember that there was a problem with our first application forms for a uni in New Brunswick, and for a moment we gave up on the idea, but our university sent our application forms to other unis and amazingly this one accepted us both! We now have so much to sort out over the next few weeks, but there are some very exciting things on the horizon!
